Creating Serenity in a time of Uncertainty

In this video Gail and Audrey are chatting about different ways to stop the fear and worry in this time of social distancing because of Corona.  We offer some easy to use tips you can experiment with.  And we hope this is of help to you for creating more peace and serenity in your life.   Gail starts with  the fears that many of us are having during this time of uncertainty.  Yet,   staying at home, keeping social distancing can also be a time to thrive.

TIPS:  STOP USING THESE TWO WORDS.
What two words that we all use creates upset, suffering and fear?    They are What If.  When we start a sentence with what if it is sure to create more stress, upset and worry. 

So why are these two small words so devastating to our health and wellbeing?  The reason what if thinking creates so much suffering is that “what if” is always future related.  When you ask “what if”  it will typically brings up negative future images.  The things that you fear might happen.

Since the future hasn’t happened yet, there is be a better more enhancing way to use your mind and your thoughts.  So listen in and find out how – in the video below.
