A Powerful Mind Expanding Exercise

Yesterday we were talking about using NLP, how to find the preferred modality of your clients (Visual, Kinesthetic or Auditory) and how to use words to enter a trance state more easily.

For today let’s do a powerful mind expanding exercise. Please read all the directions first:

Question: What would a perfect day be like for you.  What would you be feeling, seeing or hearing in this perfect day.    Put in everything from the smallest stuff to what is happening and who you are with.

Here is the most important part. For this exercise you can write it either in the present, as if you are experiencing it right now.  Or you can write it down as if you were looking back at your day and reporting on what happened.  For example: I am walking in the sunshine and notice a beautiful . . .    (present tense).  Or I spent a wonderful day, it was so perfect for me because I started out not even knowing that I would. . .   (it already happened)

Please take action and write this down for it to be most effective.  If you need to just “think” it for now even that can create a change in your state.  But, you’ll find that when you actually take the action of writing this down, your unconscious will hear it as if it is happening  and amazing things can come from this.  Many people notice an immediate shift in their energy level after dong this exercise.  Notice which way has more power for you writing it in the present tense or as if it already happened.
