Powerful way to program the mind

Over the past few weeks we’ve been talking about procrastination. In the next few posts instead of thinking about the stress of procrastination, and the things we don’t want, I thought that it would be fun to switch “gears” and talk about creating images and thoughts about pleasant things.

Tomorrow’s post will give you an exercise to stimulate your mind in the positive direction.  It will take just a few moments, and will be a fun yet powerful way to use your very creative mind.

After doing the exercise and will have the positive part of the “map across” technique, that I discussed in earlier posts.   A “map across” is a NLP technique, which borrows a positive feeling from one area and puts it in a situation where that feeling would make a difference in your reactions.   Well I hope you are curious, for curiosity is the first step to any learning.  Come back again tomorrow for the exercise.
