The Procrastination habit can by changed
using a three part process:

1. Cognitively (Thoughts create Physical Reactions)
2. Emotionally (underlying issues are at the root)
3. Physically /Behaviorally (ways to change stress reactions)

Methods for Quick Relief  of Stress
1.  What you must do before doing any stress relief exercise.
2.  Only then do you use the first step  technique
3. Use the gauge to determine your change in stress.
